Objectivity and empathy
One mistake that many sellers make is a biased and one-sided view of the product and the conditions applicable to its purchase. Although it can sometimes be difficult, it is important to try to see the situation from the buyer's perspective, to put yourself in their shoes. Referring to the famous proverb that one's point of view must depend on another's point of view, this has a good chance of leading to a better understanding of the consumer's needs and patterns when making a choice. If we approach the matter in the right way, issues that may seem unimportant at first glance have the potential to become much more important.
Why and how?

Target group research is a kind of investment, because most simply save considerable amounts of money in the long run . They make it much easier and cheaper for consumers to access the product. By knowing their preferences and the patterns they follow, it is also easier to convince them of the product you are offering them by being able to appeal to the factors that attract them the most (for example, the appearance of the packaging, the country of origin, the category of the product or the status that owning it gives people).
