If you have found people for your interview, the germany rcs data following screenshot shows you how you can enter them in your SeaTable Base. Entering individual people from the various target groups can help you get a better picture of your target group. Personas can then be created more easily and more precisely in the future. To record the people to be interviewed, we have created a new spreadsheet that contains the following information:
Name of the person to be interviewed the target group to which the person is assigned the frequency of use of your product
a picture the interviews in which the person participated (e.g. initial interview, follow-ups, usability tests) the study underlying the interview (entered in the “Studies” spreadsheet) customer feedback
Enter each person to be interviewed in the “Persons” table
Step Conduct interviews
Once you have found suitable people for your customer feedback, it is time to interview them. The results of the in-depth interviews are illustrated using quotes and summarized in a well-structured report. The more notes you take, the more information you can process after the conversation. It is certainly a good idea to record the conversation in order to create the report afterwards.
