“Adecco Aquí y Ahora” is looking for 9,800 profiles for Black Friday and the Christmas Campaign

Black Friday is the starting point for finding a job and keeping it during the Christmas campaign and the sales at the beginning of the year. For this reason, we invite you to visit the “Adecco Aquí y Ahora” initiative to end the year with a new job.

It is nothing new that the shortage of talent in certain sectors has become one of the main problems of the Spanish labour market. For this reason, two years ago Adecco , the division of the Adecco Group specialising in flexibility and productivity, launched its “Adecco Aquí Ahora” programme, the aim of which is to speed up the attraction of these deficient profiles in sectors with problems recruiting talent.

Thus, in the coming weeks, “Adecco Aquí Ahora” will focus on the Black Friday and Christmas campaign and currently has 9,800 active job offers spread across these five sectors – Logistics, Contact Center, Hospitality, Commerce-Mass Consumption and Industrial (Production operators) – and in all of Spain’s autonomous communities.

In addition, these vacancies will be updated and expanded over the coming weeks and throughout the Christmas campaign, which is already starting in terms of recruitment.

“Adecco Here and Now” – Christmas Campaign
The main positions to be filled in these five sectors are telephone sales agents, warehouse assistants, waiters, cooks, floor waiters, production workers, shop assistants and point-of-sale promoters.
