Fresh air and exercise are not only good for you when you get up, but also short breaks for exercise in between are good for concentration. Do you have a long call? Try walking around the apartment and even around the block while you're on it. You can't take a long coffee break with your colleagues when you're working from home, so you now have 5 minutes to get some fresh air instead.
