At Mental Test Lab we are on a path of constant growth and record-breaking, but we have also learned that this is a journey that requires patience and a long-term vision. We have set out to develop something that does not yet exist on the market: an Encyclopedia of Assessments for Mental Health Professionals . In our first 10 months, we already have 25 tests in production and active, and the goal is to reach 500, which would allow professionals around the world to have solid and scientifically validated tools for their clinical assessments. This goal is ambitious, and we are convinced that, together with the team, we can achieve it.
The collaboration with Martín Jozami on this project is especially valuable. Martín and I had already worked together at TerapiaNeurocognitiva , and that was an experience of shared learning and growth. I have always seen in Martín an extraordinary openness and a genuine desire to learn how to undertake. Since then, his commitment and the technical value he brings are unmatched. Reflection on the role of Coach and Coachee: a personal learning experience
A unique aspect of my relationship with Martín has been the mentoring dynamic that has occurred in both directions. I have been Martín's coachee for over 10 years, and he has been an excellent Coach for me. His approach and active listening were fundamental at many points in my career, and I have always felt privileged to have him as a pillar for my professional and personal growth. However, things took a turn recently, and at Mental Test Lab I had the opportunity to support Martín in something that was deeply distressing him. That situation, where I was able to accompany him and be his Coach, showed me the power of reciprocity in relationships. It is gratifying to see how one can, at different stages, assume the role of Coach or Coachee depending on the needs and circumstances of the other.
The future of MTL Companies and the opportunity in the HR market
One of the most promising areas for MTL is the growth of MTL Empresas , which is gaining traction in the HR sector. We have now formed key partnerships with specialist platforms and Hiring consultancies, which has opened doors for us to work with human resources areas in companies of different sizes. Every time we present our proposal, we receive a positive response, which confirms that we are facing a great opportunity in this market. However, we are aware that the challenge lies in executing with excellence and ensuring that each step we take has a significant impact on our clients.
