The Water Pollution Challenge was dedicated to solving freshwater problems around the world, with a focus on tackling water pollution. The solutions presented by the winners included cutting-edge advances in filtration systems, wastewater treatment, industrial water reuse, and water quality monitoring technologies.

They also treated 3 billion litres of wastewater. The grant provided by HCL allowed them to expand into new markets, implement pilot projects, increase customer base and scale up production and operations.
