Simple implementation – big impact
Some time ago we activated the campaign manager in EMM for all EMM users. Perhaps you have already experimented with the new feature and gained some initial experience. We would like to present you with some ideas for using this flexible feature. We will first develop simple scenarios and later move on to more complex campaigns.

Example 1: multi-stage birthday campaign
Using the Campaign Manager, you can easily create a multi-stage birthday campaign.
Example:
You want to give your customers a voucher for malaysia phone number data their birthday. After a week, you send a mailing to all recipients who have not redeemed the voucher in the meantime, reminding them that the voucher will soon expire.
Here's how:
You drag and drop the icons onto the workspace as shown in the following graphic and link them. Then you fill the icons with data simply by clicking.
For the process you need:

birthday mailing with voucher
delay of 7 days
Decision*
follow-up mailing
end date of the campaign
On their birthday, all recipients automatically receive the first mailing. For everyone who has already clicked on the first mailing, the campaign ends immediately. Anyone who does not respond will receive a second mailing with a reminder.
