According to the final table, Japan received only 8.8 points and became the best country in terms of cyber protection of the population. France and Canada were in second and third place, scoring 10.6 and 11.2 points, respectively. Denmark, the United States, Ireland, Sweden, Great Britain, the Netherlands and Singapore were also in the top ten. These countries scored from 12 to 15.1 points. Russia scored 28 points. The worst cybersecurity was in Algeria (55.75 points), Indonesia (54.9) and Vietnam (52.44). The legislation of France, China, Russia and Germany meets modern requirements in the field of cybersecurity best, while Algeria has the worst legislation.

Overall, Russia was ranked 38th , between Argentina (37) and Colombia (39).
