The first approach we looked at was direct links, or links pointing to client blog posts that we created on their behalf.
There is a lot of variation between campaigns, but we see some interesting general trends that appear across all the examples in the rest of this article:
Both direct and secondary links will converge in a few predictable ways:
A large initial increase with a smooth decrease
Increase to a large spike with a smooth decline
Approximately 50% of the total volume of links thailand number data built will be accumulated in the first 30 days. The remaining 50% will be accumulated over the next two years and beyond.
A small subset of direct links will generate their own large spikes of secondary links.
Now we'll take a look at some specific results. Let's start by looking at direct links (pickups that link directly to our client's site or landing page).
Typical result: a large initial spike with continued accumulation over time
This campaign , which features artistic renderings of what bodies in video games might look like with a typical BMI/body size, shows the most common pattern we've observed, with a huge initial spike and a relatively smooth decline in the first month.
After the first month, the long-term acquisition of new direct links continued for over two years (and continues today!).
Multiple spikes of different sizes
