The pandemic has had a significant impact on the wine and beverage industry .

Consumption in restaurants and public establishments lost an average of 250 million euros per month.
In particular, in the hospitality sector, the COVID-19 emergency caused a loss of 34.4 billion euros in 2020, a decrease of -35% compared to 2019. But the most impressive figure is the balance between companies born and companies that ceased during the pandemic, which corresponds to -13,060.
