Ortopedia Curto has been dedicated to the production and marketing of orthopedic products for over 50 years . With 7 physical sales locations in Catalonia and Valencia, they now want to update and expand their online presence with a new e-commerce.
We present a friendly and fun web design , something necessary for a topic as sensitive as orthopedic products. The base color is a corporate red, a pastel red that is very modern and brings dynamism and strength to the website. It is an online store with a large presence of iconography, which, in addition to providing that youthful touch we were looking for, helps the user to locate and navigate the store intuitively. We also wanted to reinforce navigation with details such as the over that is activated when we have the cursor over a product sheet, so that we have a clear sense of where we are.
On the home page we present three banners, one to give a more corporate or advertising message, which is complemented by two smaller ones that can be useful to the client to present new products or temporary offers. One of the structural challenges was to introduce a very large catalogue of orthopaedic products, and to combine this with a navigation through the catalogue as simple singapore telegram data as possible. We have tried to solve this with a triple navigation system: through the search engine that appears in the header of the website; through the product categories and subcategories; and a categorization of products based on their functionality (mobility, daily help, rest or hygiene).
Another important element that we have taken into account is that the market for orthopaedic products may not yet be fully mature for online sales. Or at least, some potential buyers are older. That is why we make contact methods, such as the telephone, very visible in the store, and the product sheet, in addition to the buy button, includes a link to download the catalogue of the orthopaedic product, and a link to request more information about it.
Regarding information architecture, it is very important nowadays to know how to prioritize the most important elements for our business. In this case, since it is an online store, we wanted to prioritize sales. To the point that the menu has been split into two: one with the main and predominant product categories and subcategories, and a second dedicated to the more corporate aspects, which is located in a more discreet way.
Once the online store is published, it is time to go looking for clients. And to do this we will help Ortopedia Curto to deploy online marketing strategies that will help us attract quality visitors. We are already implementing all the necessary actions to achieve good SEO positioning for concepts such as wheelchairs or orthopedic footwear .
