Business Management Phases

Post by MasudIbne756 »

Company Maturity
Finally, there is the maturity of the company, the third and final phase of the life cycle of a company. It is the time when the company must reap its fruits but also analyze what needs to be improved, evaluate whether to hire more staff to cope with the workload. The organization tends to be more rigid and innovation is considered as the fulcrum for the company.

And important phases are also passed through during business management, such as:

The transition from an entrepreneurial stage, where the creativity teacher data of the individual stands out, to the collective stage, where it is essential that there is a clear definition of roles;
We pass through the stage of formalization, that is when the company focuses too much on bureaucratic aspects and this automatically leads to having to evaluate alternative solutions that can lead to streamlining the organization.
