Step 2: Delimit & Copy (Prepare for Import) - Still in Text Editor

Crucial Tip: You might need to do multiple "Find and Replace" operations to clean up different inconsistencies in your original list. The more consistent you make it here, the easier Step 2 will be. Ensure that each field is now separated only by your chosen single delimiter. Each item in your list should now have the exact same number of delimiters.

Once all your list items are standardized with your chosen delimiter, you're ready for the brother cell phone list final copy.

Verify Consistency: Quickly scan a few lines to ensure that each "list item" has the same number of your chosen delimiters. If not, go back to Step 1.
Copy All: Select all the cleaned text from your text editor (Ctrl+A or Cmd+A, then Ctrl+C or Cmd+C).
Step 3: Import into Spreadsheet (The "Magic" Phase) - Use Google Sheets/Excel

This is where your chosen spreadsheet program takes your delimited text and instantly organizes it into columns.

Open a New Spreadsheet: Start a fresh, blank spreadsheet.
