At one time, the Clementinum library contained mysterious manuscripts of an unknown author, dating from 1404 and 1438. They were written in an incomprehensible language, so all attempts to decipher them remain unsuccessful to this day. The mysterious illustrated codex was named the Voynich Manuscript and is now stored in the Yale University library.
