After looking back at the two previous paths of further training, the question now arises as to what to do next. Do we have to choose one path or could we use the advantages of both approaches to find an optimal, individual method that combines both types of training.
Blended learning offers this possibility: online and offline learning are wholesale email list combined. There are both face-to-face days and virtual learning units. This means that individual needs for flexibility and more independence can be met, while the necessary human component can be taken into account through contact, assistance and personal communication.
Depending on previous knowledge, interests, goals and learning speed, each topic can be worked out independently. Anything that is still unclear will then be clarified, explored in more detail and possibly practiced in the classroom. This will give you the full range of all the possibilities available so far.
What seems difficult for many service providers to organize and work out at the beginning can, however, lead to long-term benefits and optimal results in the long run. We can use technological progress as a tool without losing ourselves as social beings in the virtual world.
For me, this hybrid form of continuing education is, also from personal experience, the best possible path into the future of continuing education.
