Hosting service provider SiteGround has conducted a study on user preferences regarding channels used to communicate with clients and the interest of professionals in different marketing strategies. The study – carried out through a survey of more than 14,000 clients – reveals that, during 2021, the number of marketing agencies and SMEs that opted for newsletters to communicate with their clients decreased by more than 10 percentage points compared to 2020.
