From the graph above, where events were set, we found that the event with the highest contribution to the "product purchase event (KPI event)" was "page transition from in-app messages".



From this, we can realize that in order to increase product purchases, measures to encourage users to transition to pages, such as increasing the number of times in-app messages are sent or increasing the variety of messages that suit users, are effective.

May 2021 🎉 ID Link upgrade! New ID Link is born!
ID Link is a service that links and saves existing IDs, such as membership IDs, with IDs issued by the app (popinfo ID), allowing you to use some of FANSHIP's functions, such as push notifications, using your existing membership ID.

With the previous ID Link, it was not possible to link multiple IDs to one ID, but with this update, it is now possible to link multiple IDs such as popinfo ID, advertising ID, LINE ID, and cookies to one membership ID.

In addition, ID management across channels is also possible on FANSHIP.





Currently, the method is to upload a list of member IDs onto the administration screen and then convert them into IDs (popinfo IDs) issued by the app , but in the future we plan to reduce the hassle of ID conversion and make it possible to use existing member IDs as is for push notifications and in-app messages.
