Due to the quarantine, many scenarios are changing, including the digital one, and companies need to reinvent themselves. Bringing a different perspective, Ricardo comments that in addition to digital transformation, consumer behavior has also changed. One example is online supermarkets, which are now emerging in our daily lives, therefore, digital transformation depends on how culturally prepared the consumer is.
