Shared Settings
Sharing settings are the permissions to create and share assets such as dashboards and investors email lists memos. Specifically, reports can be shared when they are created. People who have been granted permission to set sharing settings are also granted the "View and Analyze" permission described below, and can view reports.
View and analyze
View and analyze is the authority to view Analytics reports. Since it is only for displaying data, it can be used when you want to have external companies look at the data.
Here are some points to keep in mind when granting permissions in Google Analytics.
You need the email address of the person you want to grant permissions to.
When granting Google Analytics permissions, you will need the email address of the person you are granting permissions to. The email address can be the one used to log in to your Google account or one that is registered to your Google account. If you do not have an email address that is used or registered to a Google account, you will need to create a Google account.
