Tools for building CJM
Having dealt with the concept of a customer journey map and the poland email list method for constructing it, let's move on to the tools that can be used for design and visualization.
Paper Post-It Notes + Memo Board
The most accessible and cheapest solution is to use regular self-adhesive notes. Draw a customer journey diagram on a notice board and attach the necessary notes with descriptions to each point.
This option is appropriate at the initial stage of work on the CJM. You can add data obtained as a result of brainstorming, information for constructing hypotheses, preliminary research results to the board.

Google Sheets
Another free tool, which is also convenient to use in group work. You can add any number of sections and adjust the table if necessary.
The downside of this method is the lack of automation. Each stage must be described manually. There is a risk of missing some parameter. To minimize possible omissions, you can use a pre-prepared template , adjusting it as needed:
