We dedicated the month of November to the principles that make Brainster Next College the first practical IT college in Macedonia.
Some of the news from last month was the largest Brainster Live hackathon rcs data asia which our second-year students of the Software Engineering and Innovation study program participated and the Q&A session with Filip Arsov, the first guest lecturer in the series of events we called Brainster Next Talks. At the same time, we highlighted the principles that distinguish us from other faculties and recalled several significant moments from the first academic year, such as the presentation of the final solutions that our students worked on during the internship program at Brainster, their first hackathon experience and the unique web applications they developed in the Solution Implementation course.

Students from Brainster Next College and Brainster Academies join forces to fight air pollution in Skopje at the largest live hackathon
With much excitement, cheers and laughter, in a race against time and technical capabilities, over 150 highly motivated students created their most significant code this weekend – one that will help us all breathe better. The largest live hackathon ever in the region, which was also the longest, lasting 49 hours, took place this weekend, organized by the leading educational and technological organization Brainster, in partnership with the startup AirCare.
In a dynamic environment, filled with lots of emotions, teamwork, and learning, students from the Software Engineering and Innovation study program at Brainster Next College competed, but also collaborated, along with students from the Brainster academies for Front-End Programming, Full-Stack Programming, Data Science, Software Testing, and Project & Product Management.
