On the occasion of International Women's Day on March 8th, the Modern Marketing agency conducted an interview with the respected Dr. Rashela Petkovska, founder, owner and manager of the dental clinic Denticija from Gevgelija .

What do you do for a living?

I am a dentist, specializing in orthodontists.

How would you describe what you do in just one sentence?

Creator of a healthy, natural and happy smile.

What does your typical work week look like?

The challenge of working with patients and at the same time leading a team of successful doctors is great and makes every work week special and filled with obligations from early in the morning. This includes regular work with patients, meetings, contacts with colleagues, and continuous education.

What were your beginnings like?

My beginnings were back in 1999 at the Medical Center Gevgelija, and in 2000, Dentistry began operating, a general practice with one doctor, today a Polyclinic with 8 doctors, 5 of whom are specialists and 3 general dentists.

What do you like about your job?

The final result and the sincere smile of the patients after the treatment has been my greatest reward for more than 20 years.

What don't you like?

I don't like the unrealistic wishes of some patients inspired by pictures of smiles from Instagram influencers.

What is your biggest challenge?

The desire to constantly offer the latest global dental trends, as well as continuing education abroad, are also my greatest challenges in my work.
