Customers were invited to swipe left if the pair didn't thrill them or swipe right if it was the right fit. Based on their favorite products, Courir then pushed a hyper-personalized selection to customers.
Inspired by its 360° campaign, Courir adapted its messages to integrate them into the Rich SMS format, thus meeting the objectives in terms of both awareness and business development. RESULTS
Customers were very impressed with the mechanics with an excellent engagement rate of 70.5% and an excellent redirection rate of 50%.
