Gazprom Neft's Omsk refinery has launched continuous transmission of information on environmental parameters of production to regulatory authorities. The technology is provided by the automated air monitoring system, which has been in operation at the enterprise since 2022.
The mechanism for transmitting guatemala cell phone number list and receiving monitoring data was developed jointly with Rosprirodnadzor. The sensors are mounted directly on the units and continuously monitor the environmental performance of production. The ONPZ's digital environmental monitoring tools will become a prototype for developing industry standards and creating a comprehensive monitoring system within the framework of the Ecology national project.
, Rosprirodnadzor and the Ministry of Communications of Russia, the Omsk Oil Refinery was the first in the region to implement an automated air monitoring system (AAMS). Today, the system covers five production units of the enterprise. The AAMS transmits all received information directly to environmental agencies. By the end of 2024, the Omsk Oil Refinery plans to scale up the AAMS technology at its main production facilities. The formation of the system is part of the environmental modernization program of the Omsk Oil Refinery and is included in the plan of the federal project "Clean Air".
"Gazprom Neft was the first company in the industry to implement automated monitoring systems at its oil refineries in Omsk and Moscow and voluntarily transfers control data to Rosprirodnadzor. Such modern digital monitoring systems, installed directly at sources, increase the speed of inspections by 80%, reduce the costs of organizing inspections, save time and ensure transparency. We invite the entire industry to follow this example, and not hide their production behind seven locks," said Svetlana Radionova, head of Rosprirodnadzor.
"The creation of an automated air monitoring system is an important part of the large-scale modernization of the Omsk Oil Refinery. Thanks to this system, we ensure complete information openness of the enterprise's work for regulatory authorities and the public. The Omsk Oil Refinery is ready to share its developments in matters of digital environmental monitoring with colleagues in the industry. I am convinced that this technology will become an industry standard in the future and will work at every industrial facility in the country," said Oleg Belyavsky, General Director of the Omsk Oil Refinery.

In 2018, Gazprom Neft's Omsk Oil Refinery became a pilot site for the implementation of an automated air monitoring system project. This technology significantly simplifies monitoring of industrial facilities. The system's sensors continuously measure environmental parameters and transmit the measurement results to Rosprirodnadzor. The automated environmental monitoring system is the result of society's demand for effective digital solutions in the field of ecology.
