Continuous working day, yes or no?

We are almost two weeks into September and many of the workers who have just returned from vacation are facing one of the rcs data turkey feared moments of the year: the return to split working hours. At Adecco we wanted to ask people if they have had continuous working hours this summer, if they think it is positive for their performance and if they would implement it all year round.

Photo 1 ED“The last company I worked for didn’t offer it to its employees, and I honestly think it’s a mistake because I think it’s a way of incentivizing staff. Also, in my case, I know for a fact that working 8 hours straight is better for me and for the company, since I’m more productive than if I have to stop. For that reason, and because it would help us a lot to balance our work and family life, I would implement it all year round.”
