Here’s an important question: Are you coachable?
Now, before you answer this question, I want you to stop and really think about what coachability or coachability really means.
Coachability is critical to excellence in sales—in fact, in any job. It simply describes how receptive you are to feedback and coaching; and how willingly and effectively you apply that coaching to improve your performance.

Coachability is about being open-minded—flexible, adaptable, willing to italy telegram data learn and consider different perspectives, and open to criticism and critique—but not defensive.
This is about preventing yourself from falling into the trap of “I already know it all” or “there’s nothing new here” or flatly deciding that you don’t need help because you’re already great.

True coachability starts with believing that you can improve and having a strong desire to grow. This belief opens the door and makes you more receptive to feedback and coaching.
It also requires self-awareness. It means recognizing and being honest about your strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement.

It means being comfortable with your shortcomings and having the courage to confront them.
Where there’s self-awareness, there’s opportunity for transformation—even when you feel like you’re at the top of your game, by the way.
But the truth is, most of us are uncoachable at some point. We’re stubborn, resistant to change, and bristle at feedback—especially when that feedback challenges our beliefs about ourselves.
