It's often a few consultations ending with a procedure, then there's some post-procedure care, so we use our call center for that. However, we've introduced, or rather I've introduced, and our IT guys have implemented it, tools for automatic checking of what's going on in the phones. This decision was made before 2019, in connection with the fact that this call center - this large call center - was inefficient, it's best to change this model, not from commission to subscription, i.e. introduce higher subscriptions, but not settle anything on a commission basis.
And what we changed in 2019 was that we built an IT tool, a digital tool that allows us to settle every phone call today without using a call center, without using a lot of people who will handle this phone traffic. And today, thanks to this solution, we actually returned to this commission model, i.e. everything that goes into phones is settled on a commission basis and we added this low israel rcs data subscription for visibility in the service and having a nice profile. Because we also have to say, and I will say this immodestly, it seems to me that these profiles of medical facilities on Kliniki.pl are such a good standard. We have set ourselves a mission or goal here, so that the medical facility treats the profile on Kliniki.pl as its most important place on the web.

These are of course in Poland, especially good, large, private medical facilities. Often our clients have very nice websites, but most often the websites of medical facilities are terrible. There is very little information there. They are made as a result of cooperation with large companies that provide medical software, in which one of the modules built in the nineties was something like "Start a website". So these websites are terrible functionally and informationally, not adapted to any needs, especially the horizontal principles of the European Union. That is, this adaptation, whether for disabilities, or visually impaired people, or any design standards at all. And some facilities have very nice websites, at least they look like that, which are completely non-functional.
