What do customers most often ask before they make an inquiry or before they order a product?

Artur: The right approach, because at the end of the day, what matters is not only that someone has and is able to deliver a beautiful piece of furniture, but also that they are a trusted partner in cooperation. As the Anglo-Saxons say nicely – on a daily basis.
Krystyna: First of all, these are questions about consulting, interior design consultations, which is what I love doing. I have been designing interiors for so many years that I can say that I know it well and I have a knack for it. I really like it when clients call or write that they like a particular piece of furniture or a piece of furniture and ask if it will fit their interior. I often ask japan rcs data clients for photos of interiors and then, based on them or descriptions of what they need, I select a specific piece of furniture with specific dimensions. Because of course, dimensions also matter a lot. The furniture must fit in a given interior, not be too big or too small. These are the first contacts with the client - if the client contacts me before buying, it mainly concerns interior design consultations.
Artur: That's fantastic. And does it happen, for example, that someone calls you and says: "Why so expensive? Won't you sell it cheaper?"
Krystyna: They don't usually call with such questions, because they see what the price is. If it's very expensive for someone, they cancel the cooperation and don't order anything, and they don't call. Of course, there are people who hunt for discounts, deals, and so on. And sometimes they find a piece of furniture, they find it and call all the stores that have that piece of furniture on offer and ask what discount they can get. But fortunately, in this industry it's not like there are stores where one doesn't give any discounts, another gives some big ones, and then the customers are spoiled and want who knows what discounts. You can always negotiate, talk. I'm open to such talks. If other products are also ordered, not just one, then of course we can afford a more interesting offer. You can also always play with, for example, free delivery or some other bonuses.
