There is no unified job description for a commercial director 2024. Each organization has an individual approach to its preparation. The staffing schedule of each company is unique, so it is impossible to create a universal instruction for a commercial director.

Specialists in this position in different companies solve an individual range of tasks, the specifics of which are determined by the business area. Nevertheless, the basic set of functions of the commercial director will be the same.
