For this question, the first thing we need to do is to take the scorelines in each season in order and create a text string of those scorelines. An example is shown in the expression email list providers in germany below to obtain the first four scorelines in a season.

The record then becomes the following sequence of eight scorelines that started the 1991 season for Southampton in tier 1 and the 1965 season for Scunthorpe in tier 3.
