Before sending step emails, it is important to first clarify the purpose. If the purpose is clear, such as "promoting purchases" or "continuing the service," you can decide the content, order, and delivery timing according to that purpose.

For example, if the goal is to "promote purchases," it would be effective to deliver content that conveys the appeal of the product or service in the first step, and then aims to promote the list of timeshare owners purchase in the second step.

Point 2: Optimizing delivery timing
The timing of sending step emails should be tailored to match customer behavior. For example, if you are an e-commerce site, it is effective to send emails requesting product reviews after a purchase or encouraging repeat purchases.

In addition, in the case of apps, sending emails explaining how to use the app immediately after installation will encourage customers to use it. Before you start setting up the app, think from the customer's perspective and clarify what kind of emails they want and when.

Tip 3: Incorporate sales writing knowledge
Sales writing is writing an attractive introduction to make users want to buy the product or service you are selling. Successful companies use effective sales writing, which is reflected in the text of their emails.

If you are unsure of what to write or if your step emails are not quite effective, it may be a good idea to take a look at the sales writing of successful companies as well as your competitors.
