There are three main design points to keep in mind when creating an email newsletter that will be read by readers.

Don’t use too many images
Too many images can make your design look cluttered and difficult to read.

Reduce the number of images and make each one larger.

The purpose of promotional HTML email is to manufacturing email list direct recipients to the company's homepage.

If you line up too many images, the original purpose will be lost.

The font size is appropriate
For an email newsletter that is about 600px wide, a font size of 15pt or more is appropriate so that users can read it without having to zoom in.

Use a font of 15pt for the main text and 24pt for the text you want to emphasize in order to make it stand out.

Don't use too much color
The design should be clean and simple, with as few colors as possible.

If you use too many colors just to make an impact, it will actually make it harder to see what you want to stand out.

Once you have decided on one main color, the trick is to limit the other colors to around two.

By using fewer colors, you can make the focal point clearer.

The less color you use, the more important the image becomes.

Edit your images to increase contrast and make them clear, bright, and sharp so that they stand out against the text.
