Those who use online banking are generally satisfied with the service. 94 percent say they do not miss any functions. 91 percent are convinced that online banking is secure. And 82 percent say their online banking is easy to use, and 80 percent think the service is clear. Around two thirds (63 percent) even enjoy online banking. The main reason for not using online banking, however, is habit. This is what 71 percent of those who do not bank online say. 53 percent cite loyalty to their bank as a reason, and 50 percent want to have contact with people when banking.
