Real Happiness Meditation Challenge

In recent years, more than 20,000 participants from all over the world have often taken part in the "Real Happiness Meditation Challenge," the 28-day online course. I am very excited to find out how many of us will be there in Corona February. One thing is clear: as in every year, beginners will use the event to get a taste of meditation for the first time, while advanced practitioners will take the opportunity to remember exercises they have forgotten.

Throughout February, Sharon Salzberg's team will send an email every instagram data day with a link to Sharon's page on Teachable . There you will find a guided exercise via Soundcloud every day, written tips for meditation, answers to frequently asked questions, and the text spoken on Soundcloud again in written form. It is very helpful to know the text of the meditation before the actual exercise starts and it is also nice to be able to read it again later.

The 28-day program is available for a total of three months (up to and including April). This means that even people with busy schedules have a chance to take part in the online course. For example, you can plan to meditate with Sharon for half an hour every second or third day. (In fact, the exercises themselves are only 5 to 15 minutes long, but to give yourself a chance to read and understand everything, it is a good idea to give yourself half an hour every day).
