“ DLP as a service” – how is this direction developing?

Can we say that import substitution has been implemented in our country in the DLP direction?
I think that import substitution has taken place with regard to DLP solutions: Russian products are more than competitive with foreign ones in terms of technical indicators and prices. Modern geopolitics plays into the hands of Russian developers, since the market has turned out to be far from free from politics, and, as a result, relations with foreign suppliers are unreliable.
About 3-4 years ago, our company developed a service DLP solution for its placement on the Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
