How to Find Trends on Instagram Reels

Reels Trends is a centralized location in the app that helps you understand what’s trending on Instagram Reels. To find it, select the Pro Dashboard action button on your profile and select Reels Trends, or tap Menu on your profile and select Reels Trends. You can then check out Audio Reels or Popular Hashtags.
