Bet on the numbers
Numbers are a great way to add value to your message. A value proposition is not always taken seriously, especially when there is uncertainty or lack of clarity about the results.

Using numbers helps reduce the vagueness that drives away so many clicks and can encourage the customer to click on your email with more enthusiasm and expectations. For example:

“Do you want to earn R$100.00 off your next purchase?”
“350 people have already registered for tomorrow’s webinar !”
“Ana, do you have 2 minutes?”
5. Write short and striking sentences
After building the prospect 's or lead 's expectations through the subject line, it's time to rich people data close the deal with the email text .

Be objective in the content of the body of the email . If you write without a clear purpose, the recipient will probably not have time, or patience, to unravel your intention. Therefore, establish whether the email will be:

An offer;
a promotion;
a discount;
an opportunity;
an invitation;
a notice;
a disclosure, etc.
From this definition (which, with skill and common sense, can include more than one purpose), make it clear what action you want your recipient to take after reading the email . That will be the CTA ( call-to-action ) and all the text should direct the reader towards it.

Use short sentences that facilitate faster reading and eye-catching words such as verbs, adverbs and adjectives that highlight the objective of the email .
