- Chief, this is a very clever detonator. There is a sticker on the rear bumper. And it is pasted on top of the old one, and underneath it is a Bluetooth chip, which received the signal for the detonation.
- Interesting. Look for the transmitter. It should be somewhere nearby. Dig through everything.
- Chief, there's a disposable cell phone in the trash can. Apparently, the transmitter was turned on on it when the car passed.
Expert: Windows 10 security leaves much to be desired

When a program is first launched, ASLR assigns it a random address in memory, but this address does not change with subsequent launches.
Microsoft has repeatedly urged users to upgrade to Windows 10, citing improved built-in security mechanisms that Windows 7 lacks as a reason. The company has assigned the Address Space Layout Randomization (ASLR) service to ensure user protection in the “ten.” This is a technology used in Windows, Linux, FreeBSD, macOS, iOS, and Android. When used, it randomly changes the location of important data structures in the process address space, namely, executable file images, loaded libraries, and the stack. ASLR is designed to complicate the exploitation of several types of vulnerabilities.
ASLR can be enabled via a utility that became part of Windows Defender Exploit Guard (WDEG) in the Windows 10 Fall Creators Update. According to Will Dorman, a specialist at the CERT Coordination Center (CERT/CC), in Windows 8 and later, ASLR only does half of its job — programs are moved, but each time to the same address. “The system-wide ASLR feature (activated via EMET) has zero entropy, which makes it useless. Windows Defender Guard is also of little use to Windows 10,” Trusted Reviews quotes him as saying.
— But then someone had to track the GPS signal from this car.
- That's right. Cars of this class are equipped with anti-theft systems, which include GPS. That's all.
- So! We understand how the car was blown up. But who did it?
- Judging by everything, the demolition man was a good engineer, and very, very well trained. But that's a matter for the police.
- Agreed. Go back. Let them sort it out.
