One strategy we use to differentiate our content on our social media accounts is the way we ask our audience to engage. We invite visitors to comment on our videos on Facebook and tell us about their experiences. On Twitter, we encourage our followers to use our branded hashtag and share their thoughts. These different communication strategies lead to unique types of engagement.
