What I do now is to convert my time into a value similar to money.

f you are serious and willing, you can actually deduce a "subjective reward" for every hour or minute you spend doing something.
If there are several conflicting things at the same time, I will decide which things I want to do based on the value of my time. If the value of time is incredibly low, I won't participate in such activities at all.
For example, when a Japanese affordable clothing colombia mobile database store opened in Taiwan, many people lined up to buy things there. To me, this is an incredible activity that I would never want to participate in. The main reason is that if I convert time into money, I will feel that such an investment is not cost-effective at all. Even if you only queue for two or three hours, all you get is to get the clothes earlier or get a discount on them.
