Working with template phrases:
— Welcome messages. Automatic sending to new users or clients with whom there has been no active dialogue for more than 2 weeks. You can do this by enabling the "Send a welcome message" function. Formulate the text and set up "Recipients":
1. to all those who wrote outside of working hours;
2. those who are not listed in the phone book;
3. all but a few;
4.only to selected users.

4. Save the changes.
A quick reply is added via “/” in the input field. After the slash, enter the abbreviation specified in the settings and the template will be automatically inserted into the message.
Sorting of quick phrases of a business account is done by frequency of use or keywords. First, those that correspond to the given keys are displayed: when such words appear, the answers are selected automatically and displayed in alphabetical order. Next come frequently used answers.
The web version of the WhatsApp business account does not support media files in quick replies.

Labels
Distribute chats or individual messages into categories. To add a label, hold the item, press "Label" and add a new or existing one to WhatsApp (limit - 20 labels). Create a mailing list for clients marked with a label:
— Open "Menu" → "Shortcuts"
— Select the desired option, click "Menu" → "Sending messages to clients"
- Click the green check mark at the bottom right to create text
— Sending will occur separately for each chat automatically.
WhatsApp Business is a convenient and promising application for working with clients in small businesses; with the right profile design, it can replace regular websites.
