The Business Process Management Life Cycle
BPM has a real life cycle which is made up of 5 phases.
planning: that is, previous, current and future processes are identified, data advertising data is collected from stakeholders to analyse them with a view to the objectives to be achieved and the resources necessary for the implementation of the process are evaluated;
modeling: that is, the project is literally modeled by considering some variables, such as variations in costs or personnel, with the intent of being able to introduce other scenarios;
implementation: in the sense that the project is now evaluated starting from how it was, how it should be modelled and therefore how it could be improved by implementing processes at a human or technological level.
