Before you can launch marketing campaigns to your customers, you first need to collect their information. Here is a list of data acquisition sources that you can set up on your own:

Collect information during purchase . During a payment it will be legitimate for you to obtain their contact details, the amount of their purchase and the type of product they are interested in. Add one or two optional questions as well as a consent checkbox and there you have your first customer inserted into your list!
You can offer the creation of an account or a loyalty program during the purchase to obtain additional information ; however I recommend that you do not overwhelm a visitor during their first purchase at the risk of losing them.

Cookie Policy . Do you have a website? In this case you probably have a cookie consent banner. When a visitor accepts them you are able to track their behavior.
Exclusive Content . Offer webinars, events and documents that are only accessible by submitting a company phone number malaysia form with a consent check mark to convince your customers to give their information.
Satisfaction questionnaire . You have obtained the contact details of a customer but would like to know more about him? Share a questionnaire as a link inserted in your SMS; the answers to the questions will complete the data in your database .
Professional interviews . To be reserved for your most important clients, individual calls and meetings remain the best means of obtaining precise and detailed information .
All of these methods apply to your current customers and/or hot prospects but not to an audience that doesn't yet know you: your future customers.

Developing your customer base through outbound marketing
Filling a customer database requires… a customer base! Amazing, right? However, you will first need to increase your brand awareness and communicate about your goods/services.

At SMSFactor we offer two prospecting solutions geared towards acquiring new consumers:

Illustration of renting a file
Renting a prospecting file by SMS : target more than 30 million prospects who have agreed to receive a commercial message. Segmentation criteria such as age, gender, geographic area, interests and socio-professional category allow you to refine the audience of your message. With an opening rate of 90% and a CTR (Click Through Rate) of 6 to 16% on average (i.e. 3 times more than that of an email), sending SMS presents itself as an effective and affordable acquisition solution . In addition, the insertion of traced links and the statistical campaign reports provided by the SMSFactor platform facilitate the calculation of your return on investment.

The SMS+ competition : generate interest among the public through a vote or a draw! Among our clients, Miss France combines SMS+ with its other means of communication. Let's take a specific example: BA06 event (organizer of the innovation market in PACA) produces live videos on YouTube during which spectators participate through their votes by SMS. Not only will you capture the attention of new people, but you can even make the operation profitable by overcharging the participant's message.
