If the meeting has already been scheduled, the organizer can find the dial-in information by opening the meeting event in their Teams or Outlook calendar.

Teams Calendar: Navigate to your calendar, open the specific meeting, and look armenia phone number list for the dial-in details within the meeting description or under "Meeting options."
Outlook Calendar: Open the meeting event in your Outlook calendar. The dial-in information should be present in the body of the invitation.
Meeting Options: Organizers can configure meeting options, including enabling or disabling the phone dial-in feature (if their organization allows it). While this doesn't directly show the number, it confirms whether the option is available. To access meeting options:

Before the Meeting: In the Teams calendar, open the meeting, click "Meeting options." This will open a web page where you can configure various settings. Look for settings related to audio conferencing.
During the Meeting: In the meeting window, click the "..." (More actions) menu, and select "Meeting options."
Microsoft Teams Admin Center (for Administrators): If you are an IT administrator, you can access the Microsoft Teams Admin Center, where you can manage audio conferencing settings, view phone numbers assigned to the audio conferencing bridge, and configure policies. This is not typically used by regular meeting organizers but provides the backend configuration.

2. For Meeting Invitees:

Meeting invitees primarily rely on the information provided in the meeting invitation.

Check the Meeting Invitation Email or Calendar Event: The most common place to find the phone number and conference ID is within the meeting invitation you received via email or in your calendar event.

Email Invitation: Open the Teams meeting invitation email. Look for a section titled "Join by phone" or similar. This section will list one or more phone numbers (which might be local or international) and the "Conference ID" or "Meeting ID" that you will need to enter after dialing the phone number.
