Solution: The workaround is to create a local Outlook Data File (.pst) for your contacts. You can do this by going to the "Home" tab, clicking "New Items," then "More Items," and "Outlook Data File." Once you have created this new data file, you can add a contacts folder to it. When you have that folder selected, the "New Contact Group" button should become available. The downside is that these groups will only be available on the computer where you created them. For Microsoft 365 or Exchange accounts, this is typically not an issue.
Problem: Emails Sent to the Group are Bouncing for Some Members
You've sent an important announcement to your group, but you europe cell phone number list receive several non-delivery reports (bounces). This almost always indicates that the email address for one or more members is incorrect or no longer valid.
Solution:
Open the Contact Group for editing.
Carefully review the email addresses of the members who are bouncing. Look for typos, extra spaces, or outdated domain names.
If you can't spot an error visually, it's best to try sending an individual email to that person to verify their address.
Once you have the correct address, update the member's contact information in your main Outlook Contacts. As we learned in Page 7, this will automatically update their details within the group.
Problem: When I Type the Group Name in the 'To' Field
You've added your group to a new email, but you want to double-check who is in it or perhaps remove someone for just this one specific email. By default, Outlook shows just the group name.
I Can't See the Individual Members
