We offered a Web Analytics service to one of our clients to office 365 data improve the amount of time their users spent on their website. We understood that for their business, “improvement” meant increasing the amount of time and page views, since their previous website was too static and had few calls to action (like a shop window with the same mannequins all year round).
Increase time on the web - Web Analytics
Five months ago, when we started looking at visitor trends, we noticed that by not offering new content, users would come, look around, and leave. It was a website with many useful features, but on the home page nothing more than corporate information was offered.

All the metrics we can see in the image show how the changes worked. But, what matters most, in these 5 months, more commercial contacts were generated via the web than in the entire past year. So, without wanting to sound pretentious, we affectionately remind you that Web Analytics works (especially if you know your objective and measure the right metrics).
