There are various exercises in the assessment - I would like to briefly explain each one and give tips - then in the next paragraph I will show a few summaries of the results from my assessment center. Be sure to take part in assessment centers even if you don't have a chance: you will receive valuable feedback.
When presenting yourself, it is important that you show your vision. Mine, for example, is "I want to make the company's ideas concrete and work actively with experts to implement them." Show that you are an active local marketing email list designer of your own CV - show how you have been preparing for the management position for years and also say that being the boss is not important to you, but that you enjoy your tasks.
In role play, it is important to have a clear structure and to listen actively. Ask the right questions. In group discussions, I always recommend that you position yourself as a moderator. Summarize the discussion regularly. This shows that you are a leader. In the presentation, I recommend using many stylistic devices and also storytelling.

Now the question remains: What benefit did the preparation bring me? This question can often only be answered by an application and/or an assessment center. Am I good enough for a management position thanks to my preparation and professional experience in consulting?
