But what can we learn from the Corona period? It makes sense above all to build homogeneous teams, to describe work precisely and to let them work in a focused manner. For creative projects, I think that after Corona there will be a "kickoff culture". This means that we will often go to the office when we come into a creative project with a heterogeneous team. There we get to know each other and have a meeting on site every 3 working days before we work remotely again.
It is important to take advantage of the focus and productivity boost from insurance email list Corona but also to balance out the minimization of innovation. To this end, I believe that the office of the future should be like a large conference/trade fair. Life and networking should dominate in the office. There are daily lectures, meetings, workshops, bar camps but what there is not is quiet work - we do this at home. Maybe we often drive to the office for 3-4 hours a day and do the rest from home.

For me, the time after Corona is divided into heterogeneous and homogeneous teams, which occasionally meet in an office that is more like a conference, and we do quiet work from home. Personal contact and the number of days in the office are determined by the amount of creative work.
So what would I do as an entrepreneur?
