What other acts regulate EDI in the Russian Federation:

Federal Law No. 402-FZ “On Accounting”, Article 9 ;
Federal Law No. 149-FZ “On Information, Information Technologies and Information Protection”, Article 2 ;
Articles 93 and 169 of the Tax Code of the Russian Federation;
Articles 160 and 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation;
EDI is also regulated by special orders and regulations.
An electronic signature (ES or EDS) is an analogue of a handwritten signature that gives a digital document legal force. Electronic document management based on an electronic signature can work in two formats - either by integrating the service with the organization's accounting system, or through a web version. The second option is easier to organize, since it does not require intervention in the system. To integrate EDI into the "accounting" system, you will need time to install and configure the program. This method will take longer, but is much more convenient for employees, since with it you will not have to "switch" between windows of different systems and independently transfer all the data. Nevertheless, in both cases, electronic document management will work according to the same scheme:
Find in the system the contractor or organization with whom you need to sign documents.
Upload a ready document or create it in the service (some programs provide this option). Sign using the button, usually called "Sign".
Send the document to the other party for signature. As soon as they sign the "papers", you will receive a notification and the document status will change.
