If the procurement was conducted competitively, then a contract must be concluded with the winner no earlier than 10 and no later than 20 days from the date of publication of the final protocol (the first 10 days are given to the losing participants to appeal the results).

The sixth stage is execution of the contract . At this stage, the customer monitors the fulfillment of the terms of the contract, accepts the goods and services, and makes payment under the contract.
